IT Services Rate Shedule
General consulting services can be billed per hour or per project depending on the assignment. A Basic research and recommendation report for a single computer (laptop or desktop) is generally 1 hour.
Standard billable time for consulting and technical support is charged at $120 ex gst per hour.
After hours emergency support at $170 per hour ex gst with 1 hour minimum.
Invoices are generated post service and offered with 7 day payment terms. Longer terms to approved clients.
Payment methods accepted are Direct Debit, Bank Transfer or Cheque.
